We have a few important updates to share with you—from booking reminders to exciting new services and changes to our rewards system. Please take a moment to review all the new updates below!
 

🚨 Booking Reminder: Please Arrive Early

We’ve noticed many clients arriving right at their scheduled time.
While we love seeing you, arriving at your appointment time (plus consultation) cuts into your actual service time.
 

To ensure you get the full experience:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  • No services will be started more than 15 minutes after your appointment time.
    Arriving early helps us keep your experience smooth, relaxing, and on time!

 

🗂️ Updated Service Categories

We’ve removed the “Member” and “Non-Member” tabs to simplify booking. Services are now listed under these categories:

  • Consultation

  • Body Treatments

  • Massage Services

  • Mobile Services

  • Specialty Services - (coming soon)

🚫 Hot Towel Policy Update

Hot towels will no longer be offered at the end of every service.
A dry towel will be provided in its place.
Hot towels will still be used during services that require them, such as:

  • Foot Treatments

  • Face Massages

  • Specific body services
     

🎁 Rewards Program Update

We are adjusting how reward points are earned:

  • Points will no longer be given per individual service.

  • Only active members will earn points—at double the rate!
