As we move into October, I want to let you know that I’ll be focusing on perfecting the services I currently offer. While expansion and location changes were once in the works, I’m putting those plans on hold for now. There are still a few appointments left, so if you haven’t booked yet, please do so soon! Also, please note that I will be away from October 28th to October 31st.
Beginning in November, I’ll also be introducing Class Days with small, intimate groups of 4-5 people per time block. Keep an eye out for additional updates on these exciting offerings.
Key Changes:

Alternating Hours: My operating hours will vary based on availability. Some days will have earlier openings or later evenings, while others may have shorter days. Please check the schedule when booking your appointments to find a time that fits best for you.
Communication & Access:
While I’ll be working more days, I won’t always be available around the clock for communication. In fact, Tuesdays will be my official day off, so there will be no communication from me on that day. However, we’ve really set things up so that you don’t need me for most tasks! Through our app, you can handle everything you need, such as booking, canceling, rescheduling, viewing upcoming appointments, checking membership credits, and accessing receipts—all at your convenience.
Priority Booking Update for Members:
We’ve received some great feedback regarding our priority booking for members, and we appreciate your insights! While the 3-day (72-hour) window was beneficial for many, we’ve found that it’s a bit too long. Moving forward, we’ll be reducing this priority period to 1 day (24 hours). This adjustment will allow for more flexibility, while still ensuring you have the first opportunity to secure your preferred time slots. With the increased availability of appointments after 24 hours, you should still be able to find a time that works for you!
💎 Enhanced Reward Points Program We’ve revamped our Reward Points program to offer even more value to our loyal members. Going forward, non-members will earn 0.5 points for every dollar spent, while members will earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Redeem your points for discounts and special offers!
🆕 Introducing “Revive & Align” We’re excited to launch our new service, Revive & Align, replacing our traditional cupping therapy. This service is designed to restore balance, improve mobility, and alleviate discomfort by addressing the root causes of muscular tension and misalignment. It includes the use of cupping and muscle scraping tools, along with a full body evaluation.

Lymphatic Massage: This service stimulates lymphatic circulation, aiding in detoxification, reducing swelling, and boosting the immune system. It’s highly recommended for clients dealing with edema or lymphedema. Please note, we will not be assisting post-op clients at this time.

Cellulite Reduction Massage (coming soon): This service uses targeted pressure to break down cellulite deposits and stimulate circulation, promoting the elimination of toxins and excess fluids. Sessions will include wood therapy and cavitation to further enhance the results and smooth the skin’s surface.

Float Class (coming soon): Experience deep relaxation with our new Float guided meditation class. This class includes a cot, pillow, eye mask, weighted blanket, and aromatherapy to help you drift into a state of tranquility. A one-on-one service will also be available for those seeking a more personalized experience.

Reset Add-On: Extend your relaxation with our Reset add-on, allowing you extra time to enjoy the benefits of your massage. Whether you want to take a nap or drift into twilight, you can add:

Key Updates Based on Your Feedback
After careful consideration of your responses, we are excited to announce the following changes:
No Membership-Only Structure
We have decided not to transition to a membership-only structure. We understand the importance of flexibility and accessibility for all our clients, and we are committed to ensuring that everyone can continue to benefit from our services.
Introducing Priority Booking for Members
To enhance your booking experience, we are introducing a new priority booking system for our members. Here's how it will work:

Early Access for Members: Members will have the opportunity to book appointments 3 days earlier than non-members.

Members Booking: On the 15th of each month, members can start booking appointments for the following month.

Non-Members Booking: On the 18th of each month, non-members will then be able to book their appointments.
Exclusive Perk: Recurring Appointments for Members
In addition to priority booking, members will also enjoy the exclusive benefit of booking recurring appointments and bypassing the schedule block. This convenient feature allows you to secure your preferred time slots on a regular basis.

Transition Period
With these changes, some or most of the information that was introduced a few weeks back will now serve no purpose. Please be patient with us as we implement these updates to improve your experience.

To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted session, please arrive on time. Our classes will start promptly, and we will only wait for a maximum of 5 minutes past the scheduled start time. This helps maintain the flow of the class and respects everyone's time.

All participants must sign up for each class in advance. We do not accommodate walk-ins to ensure we have adequate space and resources for everyone. You can sign up easily through our online portal or by contacting us directly.

While we strongly encourage signing up in advance, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you do show up without prior sign-up, we will not turn you away. However, please note that there will be a $15 walk-in fee in addition to the regular class fee of $25.

As we step into the month of March, we're thrilled to announce some significant updates and transitions within our services. 1. Introducing Membership Only Access: We're transitioning into a membership-only model. We believe this will allow us to better cater to your needs, offering exclusive benefits and personalized services. Some services will be restricted to membership only and by the end of the year we will be 90% membership only. There willl be selected services and all classes that will still be available to the public.
2. Enhanced User Interface (UI): We've listened to your feedback and are excited to unveil our revamped service menu UI. Our goal is to make it easier for you to navigate and understand our offerings. Now, each tab will provide a clear indication of the services it encompasses:

However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes payment issues may arise. While we strive for seamless transactions, we also recognize the challenges that may come your way. Moving forward, we will no longer be actively pursuing unpaid memberships. Instead, our system will automatically notify you via email if your account becomes inactive due to failed payments. It is your responsibility to address any outstanding dues promptly. Delayed responses or inaction may result in the cancellation of your membership, along with the forfeiture of any acquired services.
